Using gentle EFT techniques, I can help you to unpick, process and release old feelings, memories or beliefs that cause you distress or hold you back.
EFT is so much more than just a tool to provide short-term relief from unpleasant feelings. It provides you with a way to hack your brain and follow a breadcrumb trail of intuitive information right down into the specific aspects of your psychological experience that keep you stuck or in pain.

Guided Tarot Tapping
£77 per 55 minute session
Adding the wisdom of Tarot to EFT can help you to connect with a deeper level of subconscious healing. So often we are completely unaware of what the root causes of our emotional pain are, and focus on trying to solve the surface issue.
It might feel a bit on the witchy side of therapy for some, but Tarot cards have been used for centuries to help humans make sense of their lived experiences.
