My name is Elaine Taylor and I am the Founder and Head Coach at Kraken Coaching.

I am an EFT International Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner, and have been tapping on myself and my friends and family for the best part of 20 years. Tapping is directly responsible for my evolution from a deeply anxious, insecure and under-confident young woman into the person I am today - comfortable, content, and passionate about seizing every available opportunity to live life joyfully.

I’ve lived my professional life so far as a problem-solver in the world of business, gravitating from business project management deeper into the world of IT Products, taking in public, private and third sectors from start-ups to huge Corporates, with a few detours into self-employment en route.

Around 10 years ago I realised I wanted to be of more service to the world, and training as an EFT Practitioner offered itself as a way to achieve that. It took a decade of relentless hard work on my own patterns of self-sabotage and self doubt to get there, but I proudly achieved my accreditation with EFT International in July 2026.

Kraken Coaching, and soon-to-be-available KrakenApp are my way of sharing my skills with the world. I’ve seen first-hand the beautiful transformations that can occur when EFT and an attuned, intuitive practitioner are combined, and I want that for as many people as possible.

So many of us really weren’t taught how to feel our feelings. We were to suppress, project and abandon them instead. Is it really surprising therefore, that so many of us are riddled with pain, self-doubt and getting in our own way?

Whether it’s your personal life, your professional career or almost any other facet of your existence - learning how to love and look after yourself well is truly life-changing - and EFT is by far the best tool I have found in a 20-year campaign of learning how to “do the work” for doing that.
